From the candidates or applications page, click on any candidate to view their details
View AI Analysis
In the "Ibn Battouta Analysis" section, find a comprehensive report with strengths, weaknesses, improvement tips, and job compatibility score
Review Interview Report
In the "Smart Interview" section, see the overall score and detailed evaluation for each question and answer with AI notes
Make Your Decision
Based on the analysis and reports, decide to accept or reject the candidate — or send them an additional smart interview invitation
