The story began with Delmar Pharmacy, which was founded in 1924 on one of the oldest streets in the city center, which is 26th of July Street. Downtown.
Not far from Delmar Pharmacy, Attalla Pharmacy was located, which was founded in 1946 on Sharif Street in the center of the country as well. Although there was no connection between the two pharmacies, Attalla Pharmacy followed the same path as Delmar Pharmacy in terms of distinguished service and excellent reputation, until they became together the most important Downtown pharmacies unchallenged, and the situation continued in this way for many years, and the two pharmacies remained linked by the same traditions of the ancient pharmacy profession and an interest in the level of service that reaches the level of sanctification without any real or actual connection between them until the year 2001.
In 2001, it was agreed that Delmar and Attalla pharmacies would meet under the umbrella of Techno Pharm Egypt Limited to become one entity under a unified management policy and the leadership of Dr. Farouk Fouad Ibrahim, one of the elders of the pharmacy profession in Egypt, to unite administratively after uniting morally and ethically under the umbrella of the profession Pharmacy and its traditions, and let a new chapter of our story begin, in which the name 'Delmar and Attalla' will become the champion.
The biggest challenge facing this emerging entity was to build a modern work system that is in line with international standards in operation, ensuring the efficient and speedy progression of all stages of work, and preserving the long-standing foundations and principles of the pharmacy profession, which is the constitution and the basic referenc.
After building this system and ensuring its quality and integration, the stage of expansion and growth began, in which many pharmacies joined under the name 'Delmar & Attalla' in various parts of Greater Cairo to be developed and managed with the same principles and under the umbrella of the same system that was previously prepared and which proved highly efficient.

Finally, and as a natural development of the previous steps, Delmar and Attalla pharmacies began to prepare a plan to expand in the various governorates, desiring to expand the circle of its services and transfer its pioneering experience to the residents of the governorates, and to be a starting signal for transferring the principles and foundations of serving the governorates’ customers, just as it was presented to the customers of Greater Cairo, so it started with two branches in the governorate. Luxor, followed by a branch in the city of Alexandria, to be successfully implemented the plan developed to include the rest of the governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
